Steve Gordon is the founder of Gordon Commercial Real Estate.
Steve started his career at Transamerica Title Insurance, experience that helped him immensely in being able to research land ownership
and successfully contact and communicate with property owners for the purpose of acquisition and/or leasing of commercial projects.
Later he worked for the Vyzis Company, a large brokerage and development firm, specializing in shopping center development and leasing, where he was responsible for sales and leasing of retail properties.
Well-known for his work with tenants and developers, Steve’s background includes tenant representation, project leasing, site selection,
disposition of under-performing and excess real estate, and investment sales.
Steve has over 20 years of experience in all facets of commercial and investment real estate.
